This year’s event is a special one. It is a celebration of NCF’s 27 years of successful intervention in nature conservation and sustainable development. During the Dinner we shall highlight the immense opportunities presented by Nigeria’s natural resources for our development as well as the challenges that we face in harnessing these resources. We therefore seek your support for our conservation awareness Programmes and initiatives.
The theme for this year’s Dinner Dance/Award night is “Towards A Low Carbon Economy” signifying our optimism for the rejuvenation of our environment
As you are aware, NCF is the premier environmental NGO in Nigeria with a mission to promote the conservation and sustainable management of Nigeria’s natural resources, which are under threat from an ever-increasing human population and unsustainable development practices.
These tend to aggravate the sufferings of many Nigerians especially in the local communities who depend directly on these resources. Corporate organizations, such as yours, have enviable social responsibility programs and I am sure that you would like to join hands with us to tackle the pressing environmental issues that face us all.
